Copyright

• The Customer acknowledges that any Copyright in any photographs and any other documents supplied by Out of Sight (“the Copyright Material”) Is retained by Out of Sight. This includes original work of authorship.
• The Customer will seek the express written consent or Out of Sight before using the Copyright Material. The Customer will not use the Copyright Material without first obtaining the written consent of Out of Sight.
• Copyright exists in the expression of an idea, but not the idea itself. Copyright is forms such as pictorial, graphic text etc. and are all copyrightable expressions.
• The expression “using the Copyright Material” includes publishing, copying or reproducing all or any part of the Copyright Material.
• Out of Sight may at any time, in its absolute discretion, withdraw its consent for the Customer using the Copyright Material.
• Copyright is recognized by world statutory copyright laws.
