Wooden Plug Kit

INCLUSIONS:

• 50 x wooden plugs 11mm diameter x 11mm long – suits all hardwood decking

• 50 x DM 9 – decking screws

FEATURES:

• One end is Chamfered and the plug is tapered top to bottom for easy insertion

• The colour will suit any hardwood as the colour varies and will provide the professional look of a boat builder who has used this process of plug and dowel finished on boat decks over history.

• Wooden plug is very strong.

• Used in the preparation of installing Deck-Max secret fixing – and in conjunction with the CounterBore Tool – DM 110

• First board and last board fixing.

• Framing boards

• Any boards that require secret fixing

• Prepare the hole with the CounterBore tool  Part # [DM 110] – It prepares the perfect diameter and perfect depth hole for your decking ready to receive the wooden plug  - part # [DM 114]

• Locate decking b oard into position

• The Brown screw in the kit suits all CCA & ACQ treated timbers

• The screw is class 3 corrosion rated

• It is recommended to glue the plug into place – allow to set then simply trim top flush to deck.
