Our shipping model is easy to understand! Processing time (pulling and packaging your order) plus shipping time equals delivery time. Each order is processed within 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days. If an order requires changes, packing time could take longer, depending on the changes and the choice of delivery mode. The occassion may arrise that your cannot be filled due to an out of stock situation - in this case you will be notified of this and also a due date. It is very unusual as Deck-Max™does carry a large inventory ex. factory Southport.

Delivery - The Goods are at the Customers risk once they are delivered to either the Customer or a carrier for carriage to the Customer whichever happens first.

Delay - Deck-Max™ undertakes to make every endeavour to satisfy any order within the period estimated but will not be responsible for any undue delay or failure to deliver or perform by reason of lock-outs, strikes, accident, fire or any other cause whatsoever beyond Out of Sight’s control or for any contingent or consequential loss or damage arising from any such delay or failure.

Shipping is calculated after checkout and is based on the weight (kg.) and Cubic (m3) of the items you selected and the shipping destination and the nominated carrier or type of service.

 

  • Please be sure all delivery details are very clear as we take no responsibility for incorrect delivery instructions.
  • Your shipping options will be based on our best suggested form depending on urgency, location [addressee] size and weight of order.
  • Can I choose the shipping service – Yes just nominate in your email notes so we can price on your preference.
  • What happens if my shipping service is not recommended – We will provide other options for you to choose from along with alternative prices for different services. Note: we will then recommend / offer you the best option to meet your needs.
  • Will the items on my order ship together or separately? Normally all orders are packed together in one shipment.

  • Courier – Air - Door to Door [signature required]

  • Pallet shipment – Door to depot [depot addressee must have fork lift facility]

  • Australia Post – normal To addressee or P.O. box number

  • Australia Post – Express To addressee or P.O. Box number

  • Australia – Parcel To addressee actual address [P.O. Box - not suitable for larger parcels.]

  • Other.........

We can ship internationally but will need the order to be finalized before a shipping quote can be issued. Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and destination. Please provide all customs declaration forms required by your country – fax or email prior to shipping. We hold no responsibility for customs clearance or documentation.
