What are my payment options?

  • When you are ready to purchase your Deck-Max™ items you will have all of the following options available. (You can place your order online without making payment straight away, although no product will be supplied until payment is received in full.)
  • Simply choose your products from the Online Catalogue, add all products to your cart and then select the freight method and select 'checkout'. Fill in your details (be sure all detaiuls are correct and clear), and then you will be given all the details for making payment. It's that simple!
  • Alternatively, please Click Here to email us with any questions or request for further information on payments. Be sure to be specific on which product you are enquiring about – please quote the item code from the product page.

N.B. No products will be sent until payment is received and funds are cleared in full.

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favourite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. Once you enter each item and ADD to cart, the running total will appear in the "View Cart" window top left hand side of screen.

I Have Never Purchased Online Before - Is It Safe?

Deck-Max™ supplies you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter our 'checkout' area. This indicates that all information entered in the session is transmitted on a secure server. Shopping Online is just as safe and secure than at any other time you may use your credit card to make a purchase.

How Safe Are My Credit Card Details?

When you click the 'check out cart ' button, we send the transaction directly to the bank using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard. We do not share those details with any third parties. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details.

How Do I Add To My Shopping List
?

To make a purchase you need to have added items to your shopping cart. You do this within a particular products page, by selecting an item from the product page of the particular item, and entering a quantity. Then add the item to your cart by clicking 'add to cart'. When the product is added to your shopping cart, 'Item Added' will appear.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping model is easy to understand! Processing time (pulling and packaging your order) plus shipping time equals delivery time. Each order is processed within 5 (five) business days. If an item requires changes, production time could take longer, depending on the changes and the choice of delivery mode. The occassion may arrise that your cannot be filled due to an out of stock situation - in this case you will be notified of this and also a due date. It is very unusual as Deck-Max does carry a large inventory ex. factory Southport.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated after checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination and the nominated carrier or type of service.

What are your shipping options?

Your shipping options will be based on our best suggested form depending on urgency, location [addressee] size and weight of order.

Will the items on my order ship together or separately? Normally all orders are packed together in one shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

YES - We can ship internationally but will need the order to be finalized before a shipping quote can be issued. Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and destination. Please provide all customs declaration forms required by your country – fax or email prior to shipping. We hold no responsibility for customs clearance or documentation.

Can you put a "rush" on my order?

If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call our Our online shop manager on 0755280899 Monday through Friday 9AM to 2PM EST. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please be advised that there will be an ‘express’ postage fee incurred.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Deck-Max™ hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online. However, if you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund, then we ask that you follow the instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order will they receive email ‘order confirmation’?. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer relations advisor Mon-Fri 9AM - 2PM EST on 0755280899 as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, no changes can be made.

What if my order is undeliverable?

If an address in incorrect or the delivery service could not obtain certain pre-request process like sign to receive, etc. then goods returned will be charged the redelivery fee.

What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call our customer care personnel Mon-Fri 9AM - 2PM EST on …................. at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. A customer care specialist will help you file a claim.
